Team Lead Sales - Dubai, MENA Region

- Your Mission: As the Team Lead Sales at Start-Packaging, you will be at the forefront of our innovative sales team in the MENA region. You'll actively assist the CEO in building a powerful team that masters Direct Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing. Your role is crucial in defining and realizing our sales strategies.
- Your Leadership Role: You'll take on the disciplinary and professional leadership of our Sales team of up to 10 members. Your goal is to conquer the MENA region with your team by steering the daily operations based on specific KPIs and developing targeted strategies.
- Your Expertise: Focus on ensuring, developing, and optimizing efficient sales processes and structures. You're responsible for the annual budget planning and continually advancing your team through targeted employee coaching.
- Your Impact: You’ll elevate Start-Packaging in the MENA region to the next level. With your success and expertise, you have the opportunity to become the Managing Director in the region.
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience and solid knowledge in B2B sales.
- Ideally, experience in the packaging industry – from glass packaging to modern alternative solutions.
- A passion for developing and coaching hybrid teams.
- Strategic mindset, supported by your ability to effectively use KPIs.
- Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mind.

Key Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record in managing and developing sales teams.
- Industry Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry. Experience with glass packaging and modern alternative packaging solutions is highly desirable.
- Team Development: Demonstrated ability in nurturing, coaching, and growing hybrid sales teams.
- Strategic Acumen: A strategic mindset with a solid grasp of using KPIs for performance measurement and strategy development.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential for effective communication with international clients and team members.
