Pad printing is usually suitable for decorating difficult-to-reach areas on the glass body. Quantities typically start at around 300 pieces.

Digital direct printing on glass has been evolving for years. In theory, the quantity can start with just one glass body. Therefore, in series production, practically every glass body can be individually printed. Currently, the color systems are still in the final stages of development.

In this process, fragments can be lasered out either from a coating or directly from the glass itself. However, it is an ablative method, which can weaken the glass.

Hot foil stamping is a decorative printing technique that enhances printed materials using foils. The coating of the foil (e.g., metallic colors) is transferred onto paper or cardboard through pressure and heat. It is often used in conjunction with embossing, for example, on cosmetic and chocolate packaging or decorative tins. Hot foil stamping can also be combined with relief or raised printing in the printing process.

Typically, aluminum is evaporated onto the surface of the glass body under vacuum. This process initially turns every glass body silver. This silver can then be altered to any color and level of glossiness. It's the most labor-intensive and therefore the most expensive decoration method, but it offers a high degree of attention and customization. Small series of as few as 500 pieces are also possible.
